By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Emergency Marine Solutions, LLC provides mobile marine repair and maintenance services in the Tampa Bay area. All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.
Emergency service calls are subject to additional fees. A service call fee applies to all diagnostic visits.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Emergency Marine Solutions, LLC. These may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service status updates
- Estimate and invoice notifications
- Promotional messages (infrequent)
Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A fee may apply for returned checks.
5. Limitation of Liability
Emergency Marine Solutions, LLC is not liable for pre-existing vessel conditions, damages caused by delayed service due to parts availability, or consequential damages arising from service delays.
6. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
